CranwellConnect: the International Student’s Guide to Campus Engagement

The Cranwell academic calendar has a regular pulse of events each year to provide consistent, ongoing support to all international students across campus. We create experiences to enhance your well-being and belonging and to build a more inclusive community welcoming to all. Current international students receive our monthly CranwellConnect emails with events organized by Cranwell staff. These Cranwell-led and co-sponsored events vary each semester and have included:

  • place-based excursions to exceptional natural areas in our region
  • low key de-stress crafting and cooking
  • visits to museums and cultural sites
  • workshops on aspects of U.S. culture and customs
  • ...and much more!

Signature Programs

Our ongoing signature campus-wide events are open to all campus and community members including International Café Hours in partnership with Dining Services and the annual International Street Fair, a celebration of our international and cultural diversity.

While each semester the dates may vary, in general we offer International Student Career Week events in September and February, International Education Week events in November, monthly International Cafe Hours and Language House Highlights, International Street Fair in April, and the International Student Achievement Celebration in May.
