Xiaotian (Vivian) Li

Assistant Director for Advocacy and Support

After completing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science in China, Xiaotian Li came to the United States for her graduate studies.  She earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University. Xiaotian's experience as an international student ignited a passion in her for international education and cultural exchange; she thoroughly enjoys meeting students from around the world, learning about their cultures, and building cross-cultural exchanges. Prior to joining Virginia Tech, Xiaotian was employed at Marietta College, where she initiated and implemented programs designed to enhance international students' success and facilitated opportunities for cultural exchange among students from diverse backgrounds. In her free time, Xiaotian loves cooking, experiencing different ethnic cuisines, attending cultural activities, and traveling.
